How to Request a Refund
- Email support@wpautoagent.com with your purchase email + reason (optional but helps us improve)
- We'll process the refund within 5 business days via Gumroad
- Your license is automatically deactivated
What's Covered
- ✅ Plugin doesn't meet expectations
- ✅ Compatibility issues with your hosting
- ✅ Changed your mind
- ✅ Technical issues we couldn't resolve
What's Not Covered
- ❌ Refund requests after 30 days
- ❌ Issues caused by 3rd-party hosting / themes / plugin conflicts you didn't try to resolve
- ❌ License renewals (refundable within first 30 days only)
Yearly Renewals
Annual licenses auto-renew. You can cancel renewals anytime from your customer portal. If you cancel BEFORE renewal, you keep access until the end of your paid period.
